Something to consider . . .

Consistent effort by local authorities is rarely rewarded in the news cycle. Notice that most outlets didn't even pick up the latest street racer roundup by KCPD this weekend. 

However . . .

Continually pushing back against illicit local "sideshows" is the only way to stop the problem.  

And so we're happy to share at least one TV station shared the story . . . 

The operation also broke up two potential sideshows, recovered a stolen vehicle and resulted in 51 citations, police said.

Some of the towed vehicles included ATVs being driven on city streets, police said.
