Kansas City Old & Busted Brick Parking Lot Demolition Awaits

The city issued a permit to demolish the entire building on Aug. 4.

Emergency crews responded to the parking garage July 8 after someone reported bricks fell from the building’s facade.

At the time, a man who said he worked as a valet and parked cars said he refused to go into the garage because of the condition of the building.
