This is probably the smart move given that she's more talented than most of the cast . . . If she can land some decent movies or maybe even go the podcast route . . . Her career will likely continue to prosper given that she's exceptionally captivating, funny and proves just about everyone wrong when it comes to jibes at lady comics . . . Check-it:

Last season, Gardner was the longest-tenured current female cast member. In Season 49, she appeared in more sketches than any other cast member. She is well-known for her “Weekend Update” characters including the teen movie critic Bailey Gismert and Angel, “every boxer’s girlfriend from every movie about boxing ever.”
