Minshew – who started nine games for the Raiders last year – is grateful to be part of a franchise that has stood the test of time. 

Minshew was 6/9 for 54 yards and added a rushing touchdown in his preseason debut with the Chiefs. The 29-year-old former sixth-round pick is focused on getting better each day.
