Illegal Gun Dealer Earns 66 Months In Prison After Kansas City Chiefs Rally Mass Shooting

Admitted on April 17, 2025, that he knowingly and willfully joined into an agreement to sell guns to prohibited individuals.

One of the guns he sold was found along a wall near Union Station on Feb. 14, 2024, the day a shooting at the end of the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl rally killed a woman and injured 22 others.

The recovered gun was a .223-caliber pistol. The gun was loaded and found next to a backpack with two AR-15 style firearms and backpacks.
