Political violence is a slippery slope and this report is a sign that local authorities are taking it seriously:
Kansas Republican Party Chair Danedri Herbert said the damage appeared to be intentional, calling it an "act of political terrorism."
The Kansas Democratic Party condemned the arson in a statement.
Now, the FBI and local authorities are working to identify anyone involved in the fire.
