OSHA confirmed on Friday it's investigating Sunday's partial building collapse near 37th and Broadway Boulevard where a 68-year-old man died. Several others were hurt. 

A report showed that just days before the roof partially collapsed, a resident reported safety and structural concerns to the city.

According to city records, a report was filed on Friday, July 25, after a resident thought they saw the building “tilting.” The report claims that the resident alerted the city and filed a property violation.

Woman files lawsuit from injuries in deadly Kansas City, Missouri, Family Dollar collapse

A 50-year-old woman critically injured in last Sunday's deadly partial collapse of the Family Dollar location on Broadway Boulevard has filed a lawsuit.
