TKC actually talked to Dan a few times and he seemed nice enough . . . But again, TKC likes EVERYBODY.
In Mr. Fowler's 2nd term he didn't get a lot of love from Northland neighbors and became a reliable vote for former Mayor Sly James on most development projects.
Now . . .
The former power player returns and we think it's important to take note . . .
