Basically . . . She has been signaling this move for over a year and now with another year ahead of her, she's running the risk of overexposure and voter fatigue . . . Also, she'll have a hard time convincing anyone of her accomplishments.
Still . . . It's important to take notice and watch the other candidates fall into place . . .
