Just weeks after the bar/dog park’s closing, the developer’s site listed the “premier indoor/outdoor retail opportunity” for sale. It features more than 3 acres and a 7,650 square foot building that was constructed out of sustainable “high-end” materials.
The price of the building was not listed; however, properties that Cushman & Wakefield’s site has deemed as related fall within the $2.3 million and $3.3 million price range.
