This Summer we've seen efforts to curb violent crime suffer serious setbacks.

Already in 2025 we're on the way to the second deadliest year for local homicides in our recorded history. Sadly, we're in the midst of a double digit spike in killings over last year.

And so  . . . A question inspired by biz bloggers:
