According to a source with direct knowledge of the situation, an individual in the accounting department was allegedly using taxpayer money to have Amazon packages shipped to their personal residence. The total amount in question is believed to be in the tens of thousands of dollars, the source told FOX4.

This activity was reportedly uncovered by the IT department, which stumbled upon the purchases while tracking an order. The source told FOX4 that what is currently known publicly "only scratches the surface," with discrepancies dating back as far as 2021.
