Phil LeVota, who is representing Jackson County citizens in a lawsuit to hold a recall election for White, said that White's allegations are lies. Specifically, the accusation that LeVota asked White to create a special judicial position for him. 

"This bald face lie, in an attempt to deflect his incompetence in personally attacking me, is not only reprehensible but pathetic," LeVota said in his response. 

"For the record, I never had one single conversation with Frank White about a judgeship or cannot remember ever even having a conversation with him ever about anything."

Lawyer disputes Frank White's allegations, urges his resignation

After Jackson County Executive Frank White made accusations against the lawyer leading Jackson County citizens in a lawsuit calling for his recall, the lawyer has now responded.
