Back in April, KCMO public health officials noted that the outbreak is only a car ride away from KC and it's a matter of WHEN not IF locals will have to deal with the impact of this public health concern that had now spanned two White House administrations.

A positive measles case was reported at Wesley Medical Center, and the Kansas Department of Health has issued an exposure alert.
KDHE said that the exposure alert is for anyone who spent time on the Fifth-Floor Pediatric Unit, Building 4 of the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
