Kansas City PBS Soon Broke After Congress Approves MAGA Cuts?!?

With Congress and the president having decided to cut off all previously authorized federal funding for public broadcasting, Kansas City PBS and thousands of public media stations across the country now face a historic challenge.  

“For nearly 60 years, Kansas City PBS has been a trusted source of education, culture, and connection,” Kliff Kuehl, the president and CEO of Kansas City PBS, said in a statement released Friday.

“This loss of funding is a significant challenge, but we have always been powered by the people we serve, and we will continue to inform, inspire and connect."
