"Back in 2022, we asked voters to approve bonds supporting parks improvements and affordable housing investments.  We’ve been proud to deliver throughout the City.  Today, we opened the new outdoor pool at the Kansas City Parks and Recreation Tony Aguirre Center on the Westside. All had a blast, of course!

"Thank you, Kansas City, for your support on this important issue and all the neighborhood leaders, and our council colleagues and Parks Board members who got us to this day.  See you at the pool!"
