Kansas City Family Dollar Already Busted Before Deadly Collapse?!?

This old school location was in pretty bad shape before disaster according to this report: 

"A timeline of photos, video and a complaint is raising questions about whether a Kansas City Family Dollar store should have been open in the days leading up to a deadly building collapse.  KMBC 9 Investigates is learning multiple people gave warnings about the building’s condition in the days leading up to the collapse."
