Rising frustration with council inaction on the South Side have sparked just a bit of reaction and yet another public meeting . . . Here's a preview:
"A community open house for persons interested in repairing and reopening the long closed Blue River Road will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, July 26, at Grace Point Baptist Church, 10415 Chestnut Dr., KCMO, which is nearby the road."
