"A Jackson County judge has ordered a 15-year-old boy to remain in custody for the accused killing of a beloved Kansas City restaurant owner.

"The teen—identified only as “K.H.” due to his age—is charged in the Aug. 28, 2024 death of 44-year-old Shaun Brady, who was shot and killed outside his Brookside restaurant, Brady and Fox."
