Jackson County Exec Frank White Might Have To Pay For Recall?!?

Probably not . . . But this idea from Legislator Manny Abarca offers a PERFECT perspective of the situation at the courthouse this week . . . Check-it: 

"I will be introducing legislation that calls for elected officials, subject to recall, to pay for the election themselves out of pocket as a penalty for operating so recklessly and to conform to the Charter obligation of 60 days; or if they can’t it would mean automatic forfeiture of office . . . Alternatively a recalled elected official could simply resign and save everyone the trouble and the money. Accountability shouldn’t come without a cost."
