A bit more insight into this scary confrontation inside the loop that sent bullets flying into nearby apartment dwellings . . . Check-it: 

"The shooting occurred at The Grand, a building situated near the Power & Light District and T-Mobile Center. The bullets were fired from the parking lot, causing four bullets to hit one apartment unit and others as well. The damage suggests that the weapon used was a rifle . . . Miraculously, no one was injured in the incident."
