Dox: Activist Clay Chastain Accuses Mayor Q Of False Imprisonment

In his latest update from a longstanding legal battle . . . We notice the constant transit petitioner raising the stakes whilst advocating against the city hall honcho.

After 4-months in hiding, Mayor Lucas & the City's Legal Department finally emerge to... snow the Appeals Court with an avalanche of legal trickery, dismiss Pro se Chastain as using "emotional language" & "arguments ...unsupported by the record" & forward (yesterday) their on-going 'Corruptive Lie' to (yet) another United States Court of Law (See attached Copy of Respondent's Brief). Mayor Lucas, the City & its Legal Department.. lied to the City Municipal Court, lied to the Jackson County Circuit Court & are now lying to the Western District Court of Appeals in Missouri. The Appeals Court Judges should be made aware of these false litigants ("which comes to you in Sheep's clothing") & yank the wool off these wolves @ City Hall.

After falsely imprisoning his political opponent, Chastain, (a Crime in Missouri), Mayor Lucas & the City's Legal Department tried to maliciously prosecute Chastain (for "trespassing" - or campaigning - @ City Hall during the 2023 Mayor's race). Lucas sought to criminalize Chastain. However, Lucas was "hoisted by his own petard" as City Municipal Judge Martina Peterson (emphatically) ruled Chastain DID NOT "CAMPAIGN" @ City Hall & dismissed Lucas & the City's (politically - motivated) "trespassing" charge against Chastain. Therefore, Chastain (according to Judge Peterson's ruling) was stopped by Lucas, silenced by Lucas, arrested by Lucas & imprisoned by Lucas, without legal justification. 

Nevertheless, Lucas repeated his "Corruptive Lie" (that Chastain was campaigning @ City Hall) in the Circuit Court & is now repeating that lie in the Court of Appeals. Here is the on-going "Corruptive Lie" of Mayor Quinton Lucas...."Security warned him (Chastain) that he could not campaign @ City Hall and was asked to leave (silenced). After refusing to leave, Appellant was consequently arrested for trespassing" (page 3, paragraph 1). 

I guess Mayor Lucas & the City's Legal Department adhere to the idea that, "if you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it". 

Justice prays the Appeals Court Judges will not..."come to believe it".
