To her credit . . .

Earning 47% of the vote in a primary not-so-long ago . . . Stacy Lake came the closer to beating Exec Frank White at the ballot box than anyone else so far. 

Either way . . . Here's the early campaign announcement from a local activist who made an impressive showing against Exec Frank White in the last election BUT hasn't participated much in local politics since that moment.
