Everybody knows the Daily Mail is garbage that's still good for a laugh. As a blogger, TKC must admire, respect and maybe even aspire to their journalistic stratum.
However . . .
One AWESOME TKC READER pushes back against their latest in a series of reports that started with a scathing rebuke of KC proper.
Check-it . . .
"IMHO, these British reports are hyperbole and amusing in the way they don't understand American culture."
That might be correct . . . But there's also denying that "street takeovers" have been a constant problem and social media embarrassment for our beloved cowtown.
Check another "Mad Max" juxtaposition as Brit scribes unintentionally expose their own sensitivities to raucous American nightlife:
A Pennsylvania town was plagued with Mad Max-esque scenes over the weekend following an illegal street takeover similar to ones seen in other Democrat led cities.
Police said they are investigating the incident and are engaging with state and regional authorities to identify the participants . . .
The township is the latest to fall to the dystopian scenes seen in other parts of the country including Oakland, California, and Kansas City, Missouri.
