This was a bad idea from the start . . . Still, a Summer carnival seems like a nice idea until it's ruined by a mob of angry teens.

"IPD says that they were called to the scene on a reported disturbance when fights broke out. That led to the mall being closed early and the carnival being shut down. 

"IPD also requested assistance from other agencies like the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Lee's Summit Police, Blue Springs Police and more."
