"Realtor reports that Patrick’s mother, Randi Mahomes, received a contingent buyer on the home she lived in since 2006 with the NFL star, her younger son, Jackson, and her daughter, Mia. The buyer’s identity has not been publicly revealed at this stage.
"The 1,475-square-foot residence originally hit the market in April after Patrick and brother Jackson bought their mother and half-sister Mia a new $825,000 home nearby. The Mahomes’ Tyler property went on sale with a $285,000 price tag, but sold only after Randi reduced the asking price to $279,000 earlier this month."
