"Parking patrol officers were out on the Plaza this week, issuing tickets to those parked over the posted 2-hour limit. This is coming as a surprise to Plaza patrons who routinely ignore the signs. A couple of years ago there was an effort to crack down on violators but just warnings were handed out."
