"The Platte County prosecutor’s office confirmed that it is requesting the charges against two men accused in the deaths of three Kansas City Chiefs fans be amended to murder.
"Records filed in court on June 25 showed the prosecutor’s office filed a motion to amend the charges to second-degree murder."
