To be fair . . .

TKC doesn't have a problem with a giveaway . . . Local radio station have been doing as much for decades. But usually it's more fun . . . A reward for listening or attending an event. 

 In this case . . . Local activists are offering free money by way of racial preference sending a backward, divisive and antagonistic message to everyone in this community they claim to serve.  

Here's a quote and what passes for reporting amid the decline of local journalism . . .Check-it:
