Kansas City Racist Serial Killer Suspect Ruling Coming Soon?!?

Soon is a relative term . . .

In this case, it's important to remember that families have been waiting for justice for seven years. 

Even activists were bored with this crusade and stopped paying attention.  

In the meantime, here's the update . . . 

Scott is charged with six murders, including three cases where victims' remains were found near the Indian Creek trails in 2017.

Scott's case is currently on hold until a judge determines whether he is competent to stand trial.

An evidentiary hearing was held Monday morning at the Jackson County Courthouse.

"The judge has finished hearing evidence," a spokesperson for the Jackson County Courthouse told FOX4 on Monday via email.

"[The judge] said he would issue a ruling as soon as possible, but I'm not sure when that will occur."
