THERE AREN'T ANY REAL IMPROVEMENTS COMING TO THE PLAZA DESPITE PROMISES!!!

In fact . . .

The only plan seems to be selling of more parkland, chasing away longtime residents and giving the district over to developers completely . . . Here's another perspective . . .  

"Of the 156 retail locations on the plaza, 30% of them are empty. The number of vacancies today is 11% higher than during the pandemic."
