COOL STORY BUT NOBODY IS PARKING IN THE 18TH & VINE DISTRICT AND THEN GOING TO WATCH WORLD CUP GAMES!!!
Word of mouth travels fast even amongst international communities and this imagined bit of progress simply doesn't stand up to real world scrutiny.
Still . . . We dutifully share the cover story . . .
"The new parking garage will be built on the corner of 18th Street and Lydia Avenue. It will provide the district with nearly 500 parking spaces and is part of the "Revive the Vine" initiative."
