Discrimination Lawsuit Seyz Kansas City Chiefs Paid Black Workers Less

The former Chiefs’ Director of Player Engagement recently filed a complaint despite a pretty decent salary for a jorb that most locals would perform for free. 

Here are some of the most important deets . . . 

Along with race discrimination, the lawsuit also makes claims of retaliation and tortious interference with business expectancy. 

Suit says he made an annual salary of $125,000, nearly $47,000 less (on average) than others in similar roles, before his termination. he claims his requests for salary increases were denied by Chiefs President Mark Donovan because they had "previously given him raises."

"As compared to other NFL franchises and/or teams, plaintiff was paid the lowest salary," the lawsuit says, "KC Chiefs paid African-American business employees less than their white counterparts."

Former Chiefs employee sues team for racial discrimination, wrongful termination

Ramzee Robinson, a former employee of the Kansas City Chiefs, is suing the team for racial discrimination and retaliation.
