Congressman Alford Confronts Protesters

Progressives continue to follow, troll and criticize the former KC anchorman . . . This time around he seemed better prepared for the peaceful yet petty array of detractors . . . Check-it: 

Protesters were also there to greet 4th District Congressman Alford, R-MO, as he arrived at Belton Memorial Station.

"Hey, hey ho, ho, Mark Alford's got to go," they shouted.

They were watched closely by security after everything that happened this weekend and a previous town hall by the congressman during the federal layoffs at a Belton coffee shop where Alford encountered crowds of people shouting at him.

Alford said the guest limit and attendees were set by host station KCUR at the town hall with many empty seats. Alford spoke to protesters outside the event behind caution tape.

"I just wanted to thank you for being here," Alford told the crowds . . .
