In fact, it's more important to share a bit of bad news about a mode of transit already becoming outdated:
The City of Overland Park, Kansas, posted signs at the stations alerting users that they’ll have to pay up. On Wednesday, drivers who use the station will have to pay 15 cents per kilowatt hour.
Last August, the city council passed a resolution to charge a fee after stations have been open to users for at least one year, or reached 20% utilization.
