"At the Fast Stop convenience store at 5020 Blue Ridge Cutoff on Jan. 3. There, he was shot and severely injured. On Wednesday, he filed a lawsuit against the owner — Firnaz Convenience LLC — for $50,000 for allegedly failing to protect customers from known violence."
