2025 Season Of Illegal Fireworks & Gunfire Starts In Kansas City

One more time just for the record . . .

Fireworks for personal use are illegal in KCMO city limits and firing off a gun for no good reason and endangering innocent people in the ara is technically against the law in the United States.  

Sadly . . . Both of those practices remain an American tradition as we approach the 4th of July.

Additionally, it is crucial to confirm whether fireworks are legal in your city or county, as local authorities have the final say despite Missouri's statewide allowance. The fire marshal's office also stresses keeping children away from lighting fireworks and recommends shooting off fireworks in open spaces to reduce fire risk. They warn against relighting a firework that fails to ignite, as it poses significant danger."
