There are quite a few locals who believe that upscale local dining options will save this iconic entertainment district . . . BUT this option had a lot of fans yet still couldn't survive . . . Check the postscript . . . 

"After 14 years, restaurant has closed on KC's Country Club Plaza. Seasons 52 has closed on the Country Club Plaza. Staff was informed by management Monday morning that Sunday night's service was its last."
