Spectrum confirmed that on Thursday afternoon, May 29, another fiber cut by vandals impacted some customers in the Kansas City area. Service had been restored earlier in the evening.
Spectrum noted that crews quickly responded to the area and began the necessary repairs. In this case, the location of the vandalism was near trees, train tracks and terrain that is difficult to access.
