"If you’re a Spectrum customer in the Kansas City Metro, you’ve likely been without services for the better part of today, May 17. Spectrum says that’s due to two separate fiber lines being cut. One to the primary network in an act of vandalism and another to a third-party network that was in place to provide backup."
