Report: Is Jackson County Jeopardizing Worker Safety?!?!

The report concluded without identifying any regulatory violations but provided two safety recommendations:

Clarified towing policies and procedures in the Snow Response Plan, including authority and communication across shifts
Reaffirmed that no associate should perform tasks they consider unsafe

"This incident shook our entire department," said Brian Gaddie, director of Public Works. "Everett was more than a coworker – he was a friend and mentor. These changes are about protecting lives and honoring Everett’s legacy."
