
Make no mistake . . .
Cuts to Medicaid will, in fact, hurt local citizens and diminish the quality of healthcare in the United States.
We'd like to believe that cutting Medicaid will only be directed at the undocumented or fraudsters but more than 800 BILLION on the chopping block with will affect everyone.
Partisan talkers can debate the merits of these cuts but there is NO DENYING their impact at a time when working-class Americans have endured rising costs, fewer opportunities and stagnant wage growth.
Accordingly local public radio is playing the sympathy card in reporting that's more activism than information but still resonates with anyone who has a conscience . . . Here's a sample of their recent offerings . . . Check-it:
