From both progressives & conservatives . . . We shouldn't forget the absolute vitriol directed at the former prez in order to push him out of the White House . . . Up until a few weeks ago there were local leaders claiming the dude was in charge of a "crime family" in public and on the record . . . Now, the tunes change just like the political winds . . . As politicos attempt to look magnanimous and hope the public forgets their seething contempt that, to be fair, was pretty much universal when people suffered under the Biden-era inflation spike.
Like it or not, Mayor Q was at least consistent in his admiration & support for the legacy politico and today KC's leader is probably the most authentic voice in the chorus of sympathy following a tragic diagnosis . . .

As Biden and his family look at options for treatment, local leaders in Kansas City and the surrounding areas are sharing their thoughts on the diagnosis.
