Kansas City Head Start Stays Losing

The end of an era as early education for youngster Americans no longer holds the nearly UNIVERSAL support that it garnered years ago.

This kinda thing is probably a big part of why birth rates in the U.S. keep dropping.

"The YMCA of Greater Kansas City closed operations at a Head Start center near Swope Park today, after closing three others earlier this month. Officials say staffing levels were insufficient to serve the 289 children enrolled in the program."
