"Residents in one Kansas City, Missouri neighborhood are frustrated after two shootings occurred less than 24 hours apart.
"The first shooting was reported just after 5 p.m. on Friday. The second shooting was reported just before 5 p.m. on Saturday. Both shootings happened in the 1300 block of West Bluff Drive at the West Bluff Townhomes. "
