
Like everything else . . . We have our suspicions this mostly politically motivated busy work. BUT, that doesn't mean that locals can't find a new gig and eek out a living amid larger forces as work.
Here's the notice . . .
The event is May 8 from 3 to 6 pm in the 2400 Lobby of Bartle Hall, 1500 Central Ave.
Attendees can create a hiring profile and connect with city departments, including Aviation, Civil Rights and Equal Opportunity, Communications, Finance, Health, Housing, Human Resources, IT, Kansas City Police Department, Neighborhood Services, Parks and Recreation and Public Works.
The first fair was April 1, 2025, and attacted 68 job seekers.
