Armed guards and promises of more improvement in the future now seems like hype . . . The open secret is that we're really looking at a public/private resale double-cross in order to sell off KC Park property and move in more low-income housing. 

Meanwhile, credit to Joyce KC for this important progress report in the aftermath of the abrupt shut down of Seasons 52 . . . 

"The Plaza said it would not have a statement on the status of Pure Barre.

Pure Barre was among several new Plaza tenants announced in mid-2022. Now the Pure Barre sign is off the facade at 515 Nichols Road, and the franchisee has not returned phone calls."
