Justice Horn is running at-large to bring justice for all to Jackson County.

KANSAS CITY, MO. (May 28, 2025) – It is with profound love for the Jackson County community that former Kansas City resident, longtime Independence resident, current Blue Springs resident, and civic activist Justice Horn launches his bid to serve the 700,000+ county residents by running for the county legislature.
 
In a time when divisiveness is too common, Justice believes that every resident of Jackson County—no matter their neighborhood or background—deserves fair representation, equal opportunity, and a county government that works for everyone. That’s why he’s running at-large, to unite all corners of this county and make Jackson County Government work again.
 
Justice is committed to fixing the broken systems that hold residents back—whether that’s addressing sky-high property taxes, tackling income inequality, or ensuring public safety and economic development work for all communities.
