Behind the scenes, insiders are frustrated after the Exec's supporters remain steadfast in their commitment to stay in office despite recall efforts that seem to be gaining traction. 

Here's the latest buzz from inside the courthouse . . . 

With 20,000 new signatures, recall proponents are confident in their campaign. However, Team Frank hasn't complied with "requests" to avoid a lengthy legal battle and simply resign from office given the overwhelming voter sentiment.
