Freedom of information is a concern but at the early stages of the recall we also have to consider privacy and what kind of privileges the administration can claim. What we know for certain is that Frank's supporters are FINALLY taking the recall seriously and we just want to make sure that innocent people aren't getting 'leaned on' in the middle of this process."
